Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in Ocean Freight Customer Service or Sea Export Operations.

- Solid knowledge of FCL/LCL, import-export documentation, Incoterms, and international freight forwarding operations.

- Good communication skills

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Coordinate all activities related to Sea Freight Export Operations.

- Carry out tasks in accordance with the company’s operational procedures and guidelines.

- Execute export shipments accurately and efficiently, in compliance with export regulations and customers’ expectations.

- Communicate with and receive booking orders from customers/agents; coordinate with overseas agents; negotiate with carriers/agents for space allocation; confirm bookings for freight pick-up; and ensure smooth shipment coordination.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations for all shipments. Prepare and review Shipping Instructions (SI) and Bills of Lading to determine shipping charges and applicable tariffs.

- Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding shipment status, transit updates, and any irregularities.

- Assist in creating and updating operational and customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
