- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. - 3+ years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or customs clearance. - Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms. - Proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills. - Good command of English.

Now we offer you an opportunity to become a Logistics Specialist at HARTING Vietnam. ----------------------------- Reporting: Head of regional SCM_APAC Hub Is responsible for: - Manage import/export customs clearance activities in compliance with Vietnam customs regulations. - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal stakeholders and logistics partners. - Handle Certificates of Origin (C/O), customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements. - Optimize customs clearance and transportation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Develop, manage, and evaluate freight forwarders to ensure competitive rates and service performance. - Monitor transportation costs, lead times, and logistics KPIs. - Maintain and update HS codes, Country of Origin data, shipping guidelines, and related records in the system. - Handle logistics-related claims, shipment issues, and customer complaints. - Collaborate with APAC logistics teams, warehouses, and cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges. - Other tasks assigned by Manager. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 16:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
