KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Own product marketing strategy & KPI across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition, activation, usage to retention.

- Translate business objectives and product roadmap into clear marketing priorities and annual/quarterly plans.

- Develop annual and quarterly product marketing plans based on customer insights, market trends, and business priorities, ensuring strong alignment with product roadmap and company objectives.

- Act as the key marketing representative working with Product, Performance, Brand, Digital, CVM, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective execution, and strong commercial outcomes.

- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, feature enhancements, and key initiatives, including positioning, value proposition, pricing communication, and launch orchestration.

- Plan and monitor execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

- Define success metrics and KPIs for product marketing initiatives; analyze performance, derive insights, and proactively optimize strategy to improve ROI and business impact.

- Own and manage product marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, cost control, and measurable return on investment.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior team members or project teams to ensure quality execution and capability uplift.
