MTE Manager

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, SMT/PCBA processes, electronic components, schematics, and circuits.

Proficient in manufacturing testing (FCT, ICT, ATE), test fixtures, test program development, debugging, and failure analysis.

Knowledge of SPC, Yield, and FPY; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 is an advantage.

Good English communication and technical documentation skills.

8+ years of engineering experience in the electronics industry, including 5-8 years managing engineering teams.

Strong experience in SMT/PCBA testing and debugging, test program and fixture development, validation, and improvement.

 Proven experience in failure analysis, root cause analysis, NPI, and mass production transfer.

Experience working with HQ/Corporate Engineering and customers on technical and testing issues is preferred.

Strong technical skills in testing, PCBA troubleshooting, test fixture development, and failure analysis.

Team leadership, resource planning, project management, and team development.

 Root cause analysis and continuous improvement to optimize yield, test efficiency, and costs.

 Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Good English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
