- Lead and coordinate Operator Leaders and Operators to deliver safe, accurate, and timely warehouse operations. - Plan workforce allocation and support attendance management, training, performance, and development to meet operational needs. - Ensure components and consumables are received, stored, issued, and delivered to production lines on time. - Support finished goods packing activities and maintain an organized flow across the components warehouse and packing area. - Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transactions, FIFO practices, cycle counting, and timely investigation of missing, lost, or damaged materials. - Monitor warehouse performance indicators such as inventory levels, receiving and delivery flow, and order fulfillment, then identify opportunities for improvement. - Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and promote a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. - Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve material or operational issues and maintain seamless operations. - Coordinate with third-party warehouse providers to control inventory and ensure compliance with agreed warehouse procedures. - Provide operational coverage when required to maintain business continuity, including support during staffing gaps or breaks. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 16:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
