Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on US ocean & air freight operational experience

• Fluent in English reading and writing; Chinese speaker is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of US route procedures and major shipping line services

• Proficient in AMS / ISF filing and U.S. customs compliance requirements

• Capable of independently managing full-cycle shipment operations

• Familiar with U.S. airports, airline routes and transit standards

• Basic awareness of freight market rates is a plus

• CargoWise system experience highly preferred

• Strong communication skills, responsible mindset and great teamwork

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily US ocean and air freight operations from booking to final delivery.

• Handle AMS/ISF filing, U.S. customs compliance, and ensure all shipments meet regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Monitor shipment schedules, transit times, documentation, and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Manage freight rates and support cost-effective routing and service solutions.

• Maintain accurate shipment data and operations on CargoWise.

• Lead and support the operations team to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
