Job Responsibilities The incumbent will be part of UOB Vietnam Finance & Corporate Services, focusing on the following: Strategic Planning and Financial Management - Manage the end-to-end performance measurement process, ensuring MIS accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis across Bank, Segment, Product, and Branch levels to support strategic decisions. - Lead the strategic planning exercise for UOBV, aligning financial objectives with business priorities. - Maintain and monitor financial metrics within the Country Balanced Scorecard framework. - Perform detailed profitability analysis, identify key drivers, and recommend actionable strategies to improve business performance. - Oversee cost pools, allocation methodologies, and cost drivers to ensure transparency and efficiency. - Drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen governance processes, and evaluate return on investment for major projects. Stakeholder Management - Act as a trusted Business Finance partner to key stakeholders across the Bank, providing insights and strategic recommendations. - Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities.
