Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles within electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT assembly, NPI, mass production).
- Experience in managing a team of skilled engineers involved in introducing new products into production.
- Deep Lean Expertise: Proven hands-on track record of implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, SMED) and eliminating process waste.
- Technical Competence: Comprehensive understanding of assembly and testing workflows (AOI, ICT, FCT)
- Knowledge of production capacity planning and workforce requirements.
- Experience in creating production documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a department growth strategy.
- Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement: MTTR, MTBF, OEE.
- Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
- Develop maintenance and repair plans for equipment installations.
- Create instructions following the company’s internal standards.
- Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
- Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
- Report to senior management.
