What will you do As Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services while partnering closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and external stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and labor market developments, ensuring that Haskoning attracts, engages, and retains top talent. In addition, you will support key HR processes, helping to create an excellent employee experience from recruitment through onboarding. • Partner with advisory groups and hiring managers to align workforce planning and recruitment strategies with business objectives. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and agency management. • Provide labor market intelligence and recruitment insights to support data-driven talent decisions. • Support HR administration activities including onboarding coordination. As our new Recruitment Specialist, you will become part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team.
