Senior Recruiter

Position Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the Wisdomland school system, with a primary focus on hiring Vietnamese Teachers and Expat Teachers.

The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and quality hiring, supporting employer branding and recruitment presence across social media and job platforms, and coordinating immigration documentation for foreign employees, including Work Permits, Visas and Temporary Residence Cards.

The Senior Recruiter is expected to work closely with Campus Principals, Academic Leaders, Hiring Managers and external partners to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled effectively and in line with the Company's workforce requirements.

Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for Vietnamese and expatriate teachers.

- Maintain recruitment presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, job boards and other relevant channels; support recruitment content and employer branding activities.

- Coordinate Work Permit, Visa and TRC documentation for foreign employees, including expiry tracking and working with external agencies.

- Prepare recruitment updates and basic reports such as hiring status, time-to-fill, recruitment sources and recruitment costs.

- Build relationships with universities, colleges and training institutions, and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when needed.
