With more than 30 years of sustainable development, Phu My Hung continues to provide a professional, international-standard working environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and long-term career growth. • Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Depts. • Provide support & corporate with other Depts. having recruitment needs in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates up to Managerial level. • Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, and tests. • Regularly provide update on recruitment progress and actively analyze weekly/monthly recruitment results in order to have suitable planning and solutions to fulfil the recruitment needs. • Proactively assist or coordinate with HRBP to provide resources solutions to BU from both internal transfer/adjustment and external hiring; Resolve other recruitment-related issues & undertake other tasks assigned by direct Supervisor; Develop & maintain candidate Database; Coordinate with all stakeholders to facilitate the on-boarding of new employees. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
