Position SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting real-time bidding process assigned by tendering organizations with the opportunity to provide competitive offer for the company's services on short notice, fostering quick decision-making and efficient procurement.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGet bid invitations from tendering organizations, go through them, gather information and other requirements.Accurate and timely responses can be achieved by understanding spot bid specifications and working with the countries involved.Ensure that input quality is guaranteed by verifying rate and submissions from relevant stations.Submit quotation to the inviting organization, keep track of the results and their feedback.Distribute the results to the appropriate stations and take the next steps in the process.Keep spot bid records up to date in internal reports and record management systems.Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:35 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
