Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Position

ROSEN is seeking a person who enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities while also contributing to employer branding initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR operations. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to attract, engage, and retain top talent while helping build a positive employee experience.

We are seeking a candidate who is willing to expand their expertise across multiple HR functions and grow into a well-rounded People & Culture professional.

Responsibilities & duties

1. Talent Acquisition (60%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.

- Support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives.

2. Employer Branding (20%)

- Contribute to employer branding strategies to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice.

- Manage recruitment marketing activities across social media, job portals, and professional networks.

- Create engaging content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.

- Support campus recruitment, career fairs, and external talent events.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote company values and employee experiences.

3. Employee Engagement (10%)

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.

- Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

- Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve employee experience.

- Participate in wellness, recognition, and culture-building programs.

4. HR Operations (10%)

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist with HR data reporting and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes and HR communications.

- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
