Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Talent Acquisition (50%)

• Analyze talent needs and market trends through gathering hiring requirements, studying industry benchmarks, and verifying future skill demands.

• Develop and implement talent sourcing plans to identify and attract potential candidates, leveraging various sourcing approaches, executing targeted outreach activities and fostering candidate engagement.

• Implement and optimize selection processes, applying recruitment policies, proposing criteria, analyzing assessment effectiveness and shortlisting candidates.

• Conduct reference checks on candidates when required, communicate employment offers, and negotiate terms and conditions within standard operating guidelines to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Facilitate and support onboarding processes, including orientation programs, new hire documentation management, system access setup and feedback collection

• Maintain and manage candidate databases across internal systems and recruitment channels to ensure accuracy and continuous updates.

Employer Branding (50%)

• Develop and implement a short/ mid term employer branding roadmap aligned with the company's targeted talent segments

• Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies, translate employee experience, workplace culture, learning opportunities, and career development into relevant employer-branding messages on social media

• Build and manage university partnerships by collaborating with campus networks and industry associations to enhance employer branding and attract young talent.

• Plan and implement campus activities such as career fairs, career talks, workshops, company visits, competitions, internship promotion, and recruitment events.

• Measure and optimize branding impact by tracking engagement, assessing effectiveness on talent attraction and retention, and refining strategies accordingly.
