Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer or in a related technical role.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Able to read technical datasheets and eager to learn new materials and equipment.
• Good content-writing and presentation skills.
• Proactive, a good team player and comfortable working with customers and suppliers from different countries.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Nice to have
• Experience with basic graphic design or video-editing tools.
• Experience in electronics, automotive/EV or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Purpose of the Role
The Technical Marketing Engineer creates technical content and provides first-level technical support that help customers in Vietnam and overseas understand Prostech's specialty materials and dispensing equipment. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, the sales team and our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Create technical marketing content for our materials and equipment — website, social media, product flyers, datasheets, user manuals and videos.
• Prepare and update sales kits and presentation materials for the sales team.
• Support tradeshows, conferences and technical training sessions in Vietnam and overseas, answering customers' technical questions.
• Handle technical inquiries from customers and give first-level product advice and recommendations.
• Work with suppliers to keep product and technical information accurate and up to date.
• Research market trends and technologies relevant to Prostech's product portfolio.
