Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels. - Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. - Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary. - Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support - Actual Working Shift: + 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal + break + 30-minute utility breaks) + Example: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM - Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager - 5 working days/week (40 hours/week) + Days Off: Fixed off on Sunday and 01 (additional rotating day off per week) - Project Operating Hours: + Mon–Fri: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM + Sat: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 07:29 - 07:30 • Cấp bậc: Nhân viên (associate) • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
