- At least 7 years of experience in HR Management, including a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Management role. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR processes, and Vietnamese labour regulations. - Experience in a global or multinational company environment is a significant advantage. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills. - Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Ability to analyse HR data and propose effective HR strategies to management. - Independent problem-solving with sound judgement. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures. - Advanced English proficiency.

- Prior experience in a civil engineering, structural design, or construction-related company is an advantage. - Basic knowledge of German language or experience working in a German/European company environment is a plus.

- Managing all HR activities. Ensures HR policies, processes, and activities are effectively implemented to meet strategic goals. - Team Management and Strategy (50%) - Manage and develop all HR Department employees (3-6 members). - Assign and follow up on tasks using written notes and meeting minutes. - Develop short-term and mid-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Present proposed HR actions and initiatives to the Board of Directors through quarterly presentations. - Monitor HR strategies, budgets, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation. - Prepare, present, and manage HR budgets to ensure effective resource allocation. - Address employee demands, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Foster a performance-driven culture across all functions. - Develop plans to reduce employee turnover and present findings to management. - Conduct regular employee surveys and present results to the Board of Directors. - Operations Management (40%) - Manage and prepare employee contracts, job descriptions, KPIs, and contract annexes. - Maintain an updated employee database with strict confidentiality. - Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing. - Analyse wage and salary data to develop competitive compensation plans. - Prepare and submit reports to government institutions to ensure regulatory compliance. - Monitor and update employee performance evaluations. - Report on underperforming employees and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. - Assess training needs and implement training programmes across the organisation. - Coordinate company-wide training activities, manage attendance, and issue training schedules. - Ensure the organisation's compliance with relevant regulations and report any violations. - Provide monthly HR reports to the Board of Directors covering HR turnover rate, average time to fill positions, HR efficiency and costs, employee performance, and identified issues. - Recruitment Management (10%) - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and optimise recruitment activities and processes. - Review and evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports. - Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
