- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Develop workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for staff concerns and conflict resolution.
Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and inclusion with a positive workplace
Performance Management
Implement performance review systems and provide guidance to managers.
Support career development and succession planning.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and design learning programs.
Ensure continuous professional growth opportunities for employees.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and reward programs.
Benchmark compensation to remain competitive in the market.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR software systems.
Leadership & Guidance
Provide direction and support to HR staff and ensure alignment with company goals.
Mentor and coach team members within the HR team to develop their professional skills.
HR Strategy
Align HR initiatives with business goals.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership on workforce trends.
