4+ years of legal experience, preferably gained within a reputable law firm.

Exposure to corporate, M&A, investment, or commercial matters.

Strong drafting and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.

We are seeking a high-calibre Junior Associate to join our clients Corporate, M&A and Commercial practice in Vietnam. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to accelerate their career while working on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions alongside some of the region's leading legal professionals. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-profile M&A deals and complex commercial matters.

Description

* Conduct legal research and analyse laws, regulations, and industry developments.

* Draft and review contracts, legal memoranda, corporate documents, and legal advice.

* Assist with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and investment projects.

* Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction support.

* Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

* Prepare client alerts, newsletters, and seminar materials.

* Support senior lawyers across a range of corporate and commercial matters.

* Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Profile

* Graduate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of Economics and Law (HCMC), Hanoi Law University, or the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (Hanoi)

* 4+ years of legal experience, preferably gained within a reputable law firm.
