- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. - Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting commercial, sales, FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, or related businesses. - Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales-driven organizations and frontline workforce dynamics. - Proven experience in talent management, organization development, employee relations, and change management. - Solid knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. - Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrix organization. - Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
As the HR Business Partner Manager, Consumer Goods, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving people strategies that enable business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability enhancement. You will work closely with leadership teams to build a high-performing sales and operations organization, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster an engaging and inclusive culture across a large and diverse workforce. General Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Consumer Goods leadership teams on all people-related matters. - Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that support commercial growth and operational excellence. - Lead workforce planning, organizational design, manpower optimization, and transformation initiatives. - Provide strategic guidance on organization effectiveness, talent risks, and succession pipelines. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop hiring strategies and ensure timely fulfillment of critical positions, particularly within Sales and Field Operations. - Drive workforce planning discussions to ensure optimal staffing levels and productivity. - Monitor recruitment effectiveness, turnover trends, and workforce analytics to support business decisions. - Support leadership teams in attracting, identifying, and retaining top talent. 3. Talent Management & Capability Development - Lead talent review and succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions. - Partner with business leaders and Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and implement development interventions. - Drive initiatives focused on strengthening sales capabilities, frontline leadership, and management effectiveness. - Support career development and internal mobility programs to build a strong talent pipeline. 4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement - Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management practices, coaching, and continuous feedback. - Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and organizational health. - Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans to address key opportunities. - Support leaders in managing performance improvement initiatives and addressing organizational challenges. 5. Compensation, Rewards & People Analytics - Partner with Total Rewards and HR Operations teams to manage salary reviews, promotions, incentive programs, and annual HR cycles. - Provide recommendations on compensation decisions to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. - Utilize people analytics and business insights to support workforce and talent decisions. - Monitor key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, productivity, talent movement, and engagement. 6. Employee Relations & Compliance - Act as the primary HR advisor on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Coach managers in handling employee issues in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal governance standards. - Support employee communication and change management efforts across the organization. 7. HR Program & Change Management - Lead and support key HR initiatives and transformation projects within the Consumer Goods business. - Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide people programs effectively. - Champion change management initiatives to support evolving business requirements and market dynamics. - Drive adoption of digital HR solutions and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
