Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Marketing, Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing in real estate/property development.

• Strong understanding of real estate project launches, sales support and customer journey.

• Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, agencies, budgets and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong project management, coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

EZLand is looking for a Project Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for assigned real estate projects, from planning and launch preparation to campaign execution and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project marketing plans, timelines, budgets and KPIs in line with approved strategies.

• Lead coordination across Sales, Communications, Digital, Event, Creative, agencies and relevant stakeholders.

• Manage project launches, sales campaigns, activations and key marketing deliverables.

• Oversee development of project marketing materials including brochures, sales decks, videos, POSM, OOH and project branding applications.

• Ensure project information, messaging and visual identity are accurate, consistent and aligned across all touchpoints.

• Monitor campaign performance, market feedback and sales input to continuously optimize marketing activities.

• Manage agencies, vendors and production partners to ensure quality, timeline and budget control.
