Sales Admin

This position supports daily team administration, including preparing CVs and maintaining accurate contract and revenue records in the CRM system. The role requires attention to detail, good organization, and accuracy.

• Printing the contract and getting the signature & stamp & send hard copy to the clients & record the contracts

• Formatting CV of candidates based Navigos’s standard CVs form

• Report: Sort lucky draw based on the consultant’s activities & prepare gifts for Lucky draw

• Record some North’s case into AX system

• Checking & preparing documents for invoice issuance (draft invoice)

• Other admin tasks assigned by Line Manager.
