• Perform front desk duties, including welcoming patients, answering phone calls, managing the appointment schedule, reminding patients of upcoming appointments, and providing information about the clinic's services. • Maintain and update patient records, treatment notes, and contact information accurately. • Monitor and follow up on patients' treatment plans. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. • Verify invoices, reconcile cash, prepare transaction records, and generate daily, monthly, and other reports as required by the Finance Department. • Monitor and evaluate customer service quality to ensure an excellent patient experience. • Prepare insurance reimbursement documentation when required. • Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and the Director. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 20:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
