Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years' experience in office fit-out, renovation, workplace, or commercial interior projects. - Experience reviewing design and construction submissions. - Good understanding of interior fit-out, MEP coordination, construction methodology, and quality control. - Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, and good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Act as Arup Vietnam's on-site representative to support the delivery of the office expansion and renovation project, including design review, construction supervision, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and handover management. - Review design submissions, shop drawings, material samples, and technical proposals. - Monitor construction, fit-out, and renovation works on site. - Coordinate with contractor, consultants, building management, and AVL stakeholders. - Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements. - Identify and track project risks, issues, defects, and corrective actions. - Attend site meetings and prepare progress and site reports. - Support testing, commissioning, practical completion, handover, and defect rectification. • Ngày làm việc: T3 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Thời vụ
